About Ethical Infrastructure

Ethical Infrastructure is more than a philosophy—it’s a blueprint for restoring trust, belonging, and moral clarity in the systems that shape civic life. Through design, maintenance, policy, and public service, infrastructure communicates who we value and how we live together. This project exists to help cities, leaders, and communities design with care.

Our Mission

Our mission is to advance a new ethic for public systems—one rooted in dignity, trust, and collective flourishing. We believe infrastructure is moral architecture. It teaches people what they’re worth. And when done right, it can repair harm, restore confidence, and strengthen democracy from the ground up.

How It Started

This work was born from lived experience. After years in both government and consulting, Larry witnessed the emotional weight public professionals carry—and the ethical void many feel when systems fail. What began as a personal reflection became a national framework to help leaders act with clarity and care.
