As Mayor, one of my most important responsibilities has been assembling a team committed to serving New Albany with integrity, innovation, and care. Larry Summers has been a vital part of that work—helping guide our city’s infrastructure with both technical excellence and deep moral conviction.

In Ethical Infrastructure and its companion Field Guide, Larry brings those same values to the national stage. His work is grounded, principled, and urgently needed in today’s public systems. I’m proud to support this project and the larger civic conversation it helps lead.
